Which POS systems do you support?
Pulse connects natively to 31 systems, including the most common cloud and on-prem tills used across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. Anything else can push data through our REST API or a nightly SFTP drop while we build a connector.
Do we need to buy new sensors?
Usually not. Pulse reads from most existing door counters. If you have none, we lease pre-configured ceiling sensors from €18 per device per month, installed by our partner network.
Is Pulse GDPR compliant?
Yes. We never capture faces or personal identifiers — sensors count anonymous shapes on-device. All data is processed and stored in Frankfurt, and we sign a DPA with every customer.
How long does onboarding take?
Most customers see live data within five working days. Enterprise roll-outs with custom integrations typically take three to six weeks, led by a named onboarding engineer.
Can we cancel anytime?
Starter and Scale are billed monthly with no lock-in. Cancel from your settings page and you keep access until the end of the billing period, plus a full CSV export.
