What we build

Four things, done properly

We stick to residential work we know inside out. Design, permits, trades and finish carpentry all come under one contract and one schedule.

  • 01

    Kitchens

Open up walls, move plumbing, add an island. Custom and semi-custom cabinetry, stone tops and lighting planned around how you cook.

From $65,000Typical 8–12 weeks on site

  • 02

    Bathrooms

Curbless showers, tub-to-shower conversions, heated floors and proper waterproofing behind every tile. Primary suites and hall baths.

From $28,000Typical 4–6 weeks on site

  • 03

    Additions

Bedrooms, primary suites, sunrooms and second stories, engineered and permitted, then tied in so it looks like it was always there.

From $325 / sq ftTypical 4–7 months incl. permits

  • 04

    Whole-home

Full renovations of older Austin homes: layout, electrical, plumbing, insulation, windows and finishes, planned in phases you can live with.

    From $180,000Typical 5–9 months

How it works

No guesswork. No ghosting.

Every Oakline project runs the same five steps. You get a weekly written update every Friday, with photos, until the keys are back in your hand.

  1. Walkthrough

A project manager visits your home, listens, measures and talks budget honestly. No charge, no pressure.

    Week 1
  2. Design & proposal

Drawings, material selections and a fixed-price, line-item proposal you can compare with anyone’s.

    Weeks 2–5
  3. Permits & ordering

We pull every City of Austin permit and order long-lead items before demo, so the job doesn’t stall mid-way.

    Weeks 5–9
  4. Build

Our crew on site every weekday, a clean site every evening, dust walls and floor protection throughout.

    As scheduled
  5. Walkthrough & warranty

We fix every punch-list item, hand over a binder of finishes and start your five-year warranty.

From our clients

Neighbors talk

Most of our work comes from referrals. Here’s what a few recent clients told their friends.

  • They told us the kitchen would take ten weeks and cost $92,400. It took ten weeks and cost $92,400. I didn’t know that was possible.

  • We lived at home through the whole bathroom job with two dogs. Luis’s crew cleaned up every single evening. The Friday photo updates were gold.
    Chidi OkaforTravis Heights · bathroom
  • Our addition matches the 1950s brick so well the neighbors asked if we’d just repainted. Worth every penny.
